Saturday we will be playing Garry's Mod. once people show up to the Mumble server we will decide which mode(s) to play. i personally am a fan of >>1072 idea of zombie survival and/or prop hunt, but there are plenty to chose from when the time comes depending on how many hikarins decide to join. i will see you there.

Nice! Cool to see something like game nights. How do people play something like Garry's Mod? It's one of those things I've been aware of through its entire existence, but never actually played. It's a sandbox thing, right?

>>1144 yes, it is a sandbox. but because of that there are tons of game modes to play. there is standard sandbox where you just build goofy stuff and mess around, but there are other popular modes too like prop hunt, murder, trouble in terrorist town, zombie survival, even straight up pvp. we played prop hunt last time and had a blast.

It's far past its prime but you can still find a full server for a lot of different game modes at any given time. I'm guessing that any Gmod gamenight hosted here would just be TTT though, which is basically a werewolf-style game where some players are secretly traitors who try to slowly kill off the rest of the players in the server. kissu.moe resident (for about 30 hours anyway) paying a visit btw

seems like TF2 will be winning once again. truly a crowd favorite! this poll has an all-time high of 16 votes so i really do hope we get a good turnout. this time around i'd like to do more than just queue casuals together, i'm thinking we can try some fun community modes like TF2ware and 1000 Uncles to spice things up. if you have any thoughts please make yourself heard.

>>1268 TF2ware is a warioware-like mode. lots of fast paced minigames and if you fail you're out. it's a bit overstimulating sometimes but the chaos is fun. 1000 Uncles is a mode with (i think) 12 players vs 32 engineer bots or something like that. and class wars mentioned above is a mode where each team can only play one class, so it would be like "scout team vs spy team" or something.

due to how close the poll is, we've decided to play both TF2 and L4D2 on Saturday. this likely will extend the length of game night but i don't think that's much of a problem right

since i'll be late to the party, Syrno will handle starting the event, and those who join will decide what game to play first. reminder that you can voice chat with us either using dicksword or mumble, as they are bridged together.
