How would you rate your sleep schedule? Do you have any advice? How do I sleep for an acceptable amount of time while also resting well?
I sleep for ~8 hours a day and I wake up completely drained and tired. I'm so sleepy all the time. I go to sleep at 9:30pm.

If I sleep at 5AM, I end up waking up at around 1-2PM and even then I still feel really tired...
