I usually struggle with being able to go out due to being night shift and I spend my remaining time at my pc nature is very nice tho

>>10153 that is fair. i used to be night shift as well. even getting some fresh air with a comfy /nightwalk/ can have some benefits. alternatively, getting some early/late sun at dawn/dusk helps you get your sun intake too.
