I'm getting back into the gym for the summer and I forgot how sore you get after not doing anything physical for awhile. After my first workout I had to take a 5 day break and then after my next one I had to take a 3 day one but now I think I've conditioned myself to where I'll be able to go every other day without being too sore to get anything done. Thank you for linking the FOSS workout tracking app, that's exactly what I've been looking for. I'll have to see how well it works for my use case and I'll make sure to report back
